Our Standard And Recruitment Procedure

PT. Cahaya Bintang Matarang will conduct initial screening and interview before coordinating with client for final interview and evaluation Medical examination.
PT. Cahaya Bintang Matarang will arrange candidate’s documents following recommendation from The Indonesian Labour Department.
PT. Cahaya Bintang Matarang will assist in processing the passport application of the candidates.

Provide a standard and procedural technical briefing before traveling to the area of destination.

PT. Cahaya Bintang Matarang is responsible in assuring that the selected candidates have signed the working contract in accordance with The Indonesian Immigration Office after getting the result of the medical examination if the applicant is physically and mentally fit for the particular job.
